This book is OK for general tune up. But if you are going to pull apart the rear to change the clutch pack get another book. The rear shown does not even have the traction lok.
Disappointing
The index is poor at best. The pictures are poor at best. There is some useful info but alot is not very descriptive or flat out inaccurate. I'm going to check out the Hayne's manual to see if it's any better.
Love it
I bought a copy of this manual years ago when I had my 1990 Mustang.
I referenced it for almost every big repair that I was unfamiliar with on the car, and found it to be very helpful. Even after I sold the Mustang, I continue to reference this manual for repairs on my 1987 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, which is based off the same chassis as the Mustang and is overall very similar.
I even referenced this book for bearing clearances and torque specs when I rebuilt the engine for my Turbo Coupe.
Overall, very good reference book and I have been very happy with it.
