Decent Product - Instructions Lacking4
Purchased the natural gas model for 3 season porch. Puts out more than enough heat and manages to maintain the temperature throughout our home without the use of our furnace. The only downfall I see so far is that you need to increase the temperature 6 degrees past your desired temperature or the stove will shut off on auto mode. The only other problem is a noisy fan which can probably be remedied by tightening the screws on the back housing which I havent tried yet. The top sides and back stay cool to the touch. I would probably recommend this to a friend.

Propane model is great5
We had this installed this Fall and it is great. It's centrally located in our small 3BR house and it heats it well. We don't have the blower, having gotten it primarily for emergency heat during winter power outages. It will get regular use, too, as a "fireplace" in cold weather because it does have a realistic flame and logs. The top and sides don't get hot on mine. After the first couple of uses, we don't notice any odors. Nice mid-size stove with good heat output.

Great fireplace for the single gal...and all others!5
I am a 66 year old widow lady and did MUCH research, both online and local, on a stove best suited to my needs and pocketbook.

After looking at stoves priced at $1000 and more, I went into my local hardware store and found this stove and bought it. I had thought the clerk said that it came already with a blower.

When my son brought it home for me I noticed the box said "optional blower." So I ordered the blower and picked it up when it came in.
When the gas company man came to install the stove he said "You won't need this blower. It comes with one already installed." So I took the second blower back for a $100 refund. Great news!

I live in PA and our weather is mid-seasonally warm or chilly. therefore
I've been using the stove for a few weeks (on and off).

The stove has a remote that lets me choose settings for the blower (on or off), or it is controlled by the programmed temperature. When it gets up to 71 degrees the stove shuts off. Or, I can shut it off at random. What I am trying to say is that I can program the remote for my wishes.

I have no gas odor after the first firings which produce some odor (I think the installer called this "burn-off") I am relieved that I can start this stove during a power outage by using the battery-operated button.

I live in an apartment and the stove heats my two living areas...the living room and my computer room. I'm a happy camper!

Of those friends who have seen it, they are pretty impressed.
